Luo Sang Choma

Choma is Tibetan and has been associated with CERS since 2004 when the Society launched the Yak Cheese Experimental Project. She is now proprietor of the Yak Cheese Factory in Longdu near Shangri-la and continues to work closely with CERS, including hosting guests of the Society who travel to the area.
